A journey shared

Together we can create a tailored and bespoke fundraising campaign for your company. It is important to us that you have the opportunity to be directly involved and see firsthand the impact your support is making. Below are just some of the ways you can be involved:

• Corporate donations - These donations could go towards our 'Hospice at Home' service. In 2012, we will began work to extend the Hospice at Home team extending our Consultant in Paediatric Palliative Care availability, in addition to more nurses, carers and therapists to ensure we provide the most comprehensive, inclusive and effective home support of any children’s hospice service in the country.

• Office fundraising -  Quizzes, sporting sweepstakes or simple cake sales. Every penny counts.

• Sponsorship - Sponsor many annual events including our Loseley 10k and 4k, over 900 runners taking on the challenging rural terrain.

• Gifts in kind - You could donate 'One Good Thing' for our charity shops or prizes and gifts for our vast range of events.

• Networking - There are various high-profile events throughout the year, including our flagship black tie event - The Shooting Star Ball. Creating opportunities to attend such prestigious nights with clients, as well as sponsor these exclusive fundraisers.

• Payroll giving - Giving a regular gift to Shooting Star CHASE from your wage can be an easy tax-effective way to donate.

• Volunteering - Volunteering can be a great team building exercise and help motivate and inspire staff. We can accomodate teams of all sizes, enabling you to foster community spirit amongst your employees. This may be in the community as part of our 'Apprentice Challenge' or taking part in gardening at one of our two hospices.

• Cause related marketing - Link your product with Shooting Star CHASE to raise its profile.

• Snak Appeal - You could support Shooting Star CHASE with a box of sweets at reception! Every packet costs £1, with 10p from every sale going to us. The scheme has already raised over £12,000 to help familes that rely on our service. We have franchisees covering our entire catchment area ready to deliver sweets and top up boxes when necessary, so you don't have to do a thing!
