Shooting Star CHASE currently provides hospice and hospice at home care for over 500 families with children and teenagers not expected to reach their 19th birthday living in western London, Surrey and West Sussex.

We share every step of the journey with the families we care for by providing practical, nursing and emotional support.  

We provide care free of charge for 365 days a year. We care for families both within their own homes and community with our hospice-at-home service and at our two children's hospices: Christopher's, Guildford and Shooting Star House, Hampton.
