Our aim is to make everyday count for local families with a child or teenager not expected to reach their 19th birthday. We are commited to supporting these families and caring for the children.

We want to be there every step of their journey. We offer the following services at both our hospices, Christopher's in Guildford and Shooting star House, Hampton:

• Planned short breaks at home and at our two children’s hospices

• Hospice at home

• Day care, education and special activities

• Family support and therapies

• Symptom management and paediatric palliative care

• Short notice support for families in a crisis

• Care at the end of a child’s life

• Bereavement care and support for all the family for as long as they need us
