Shooting Star CHASE provides help and support to families who have a child or teenager with a life-limiting condition. We currently support over 600 families across Surrey, West Sussex and western London.

Life-limiting conditions are those where there is no reasonable hope of a cure and treatment is aimed at alleviating symptoms to enable the child to make the most of their life.  We accept referrals for children not expected to reach early adulthood.
