Setting up a fund in the name of someone special can be a simple and positive way to celebrate their life and keep memories alive.

Each gift acts as a tribute to the person you are remembering and will help Shooting Star CHASE make every day count for children with precious, short lives.

A fund is quick and easy to set up and friends and family can contribute to it in any way they like. Some people choose to donate on a birthday or anniversary. Others like to run marathons or organise community events.

Set up a tribute fund

You can make a donation online.  Just visit  shootingstarchase.tributefunds.com to start your fund and select "in memory" as the reason for your donation. Please use the "more details" box to let us know the name of your friend or loved one.

By phone

Just call   01932 823100  to donate by credit card and make a gift aid declaration.

By cheque

You can send a cheque, payable to Shooting Star CHASE,  to Shooting Star CHASE Tributes, Freepost SCE13887, Guildford, GU3 1BR.
