With your bravery, courage and determination we are hoping to raise £20,000 from this exhilarating event. In order to do this we hope that each of you will commit to raising a minimum of £150.
£150 could help pay for one of our monthly teenage youth groups. Most of the teenagers we support are unable to access mainstream groups so our youth group enables teenagers to spend time with their peers and do things they enjoy, whatever their condition or ability. Many of the group’s activities focus on promoting independence and enjoying new experiences that otherwise would be impossible.
To kick start your fundraising, please take a moment to read Professor Popplepants’ guide to fundraising, which is packed with lots of useful tips and advice. We also recommend that you set up a JustGiving page, if you haven’t already done so. Here you can add photos, videos and a personal story as to why you are taking on this challenge.
