Cakes for Shooting Star House Open Day

We would like to kindly ask for some help with making some cakes for our upcoming Open Day at Shooting Star House on 28 November.  Cakes would need to be dropped off at the Fundraising Office no later than Tuesday 27 November, or directly to Shooting Star House before 11am on the Wednesday 28th . Please may we request that cakes containing nuts are clearly labelled.

Saturday, 10 November Kingston Rock Choir Concert, All Saints Church, Hampton, TW12 3RS 1830 to 2130 Task: Serving refreshments during the interval (You are welcome to watch the concert.)

Sunday, 18 NovemberStaines Santa Fun Run, Staines Town Centre0900 to 1100 Task:  Marshalling and bucket collection.  The event is organised by Staines Rotary Club

Sunday, 18 November Combined Charities Christmas Fair, The Guildhall, High Street, Guildford, GU1 3AA, 1030 to 1330 or 1330 to 1630   Task: Selling merchandise and Christmas Cards and Teddy Tombola

Thursday, 22, Friday, 23, Saturday, 24 and Sunday, 25 NovemberSainsbury’s Charity of the Year, The Swan, Leatherhead, KT22 8AH, 1030 to 1230 or 1230 to 1500 Task:  Helping with in store fundraising.

Sunday, 2 December, Hog’s Back Road Race, Loseley Park GU3 1HS   0800 to 1200  Task: Helping on stall to raise awareness of the charity

Monday, 3 December  Carol Singing and Bucket Collecting at Weybridge Station between 1630 and 1900.  Come for as long as you can, mulled wine and mince pies provided.

Thursday, 6 December  Hampton Square Christmas Event, Hampton TW12 3YH 1500 to 1730 or 1730 to 2000   Task: Helping on our stall including setting up and packing up

Friday, 14, Saturday, 15 December  Sainsbury’s Farnham Teddy Tombola,  Water Lane, Farnham, GU9 9NJ  1000 to 1300 or 1300 to 1600  Task: Helping with fundraising on the Teddy Tombola

Saturday, 15 December Christmas Carol Cracker Concert, Hampton Hill United Reform Church TW12 1NB  1830 to 2100   Task:  Helping on a stall with merchandise and Christmas Cards before the concert and during the interval.
